   If you can’t find them in the top pages in Google then obviously it’s not worth posting to them.

   Try to find quality links rather than the quantity of links. Google doesn’t see value in the amount of links, rather focus on quality websites which have high traffic.

   Although, many social websites have set a no follow rule to websites (this means that “bots” cannot follow the link), it is still about getting potential customers to your website. Many social websites can potentially help your site receive 200 + unique visitors a day. These hits must result in a be high conversion into sales or be bookmarked for later reference.

   Also rather than just Article Directories look for Real Estate sites that might take some editorial content. You will get a lot more targetted traffic from these kind of sites. You will have to work a bit harder but it worth it in the long term.
